Greetings to all,      Hello again, Well hello web people! It's been a while since I've checked in; I been moving at the speed of life and forgot to get off the freeway for a minute! I hope you didn't feel that I forgot about you. So I'm back and want you to know that it's a beautiful day! I have had some wonderful times singing with some fantastic people in the last few months and that too has kept me busy. As I sit sipping on a Chai soy latte, I am reminded to take time to be still. In those moments, I find clarity, direction, and often I write in those quiet places. Getting still can be hard to do because we have such full lives and so many things that pull our attention. But I've promised to give myself at least one hour (sometimes not all at one time) each day that is just mine. I use some of that time for prayer and some of it for contemplating the direction of the day and what I can actually accomplish. Then I play with my dogs! I am an animal lover and I find that they give love like a child...unconditional love. So I share with you my thoughts today and hope that it may inspire you to take a little time for yourself and to find a quiet place!
